“We are really happy with the shade sails & they’re definitely preferable to plain old venetian blinds We’ve had some really hot sunny days since their installation & they are giving us good shade with a lovely dappled light & you can still see the sky!
I was very pleased with the design process allowing me to get the configuration that suited us & I particularly commend James for listening to our design needs & doing a 3rd revision of the design to ensure we got it right. Afterall we’ve got to live with them for years so this is important to a customer.
Overall the whole ‘package’ you gave us was great. We were really happy with the options, cost, quality & installation & are now waiting for a hot summer to enjoy the shadesails to the full ”
