Design & Ordering
We will design a bespoke layout and installation plan for you, so you don’t have to worry about how your shade sail blinds or sail shade solutions will work in your space. We will also provide you with your very own bespoke design layout, so you can see exactly what your shading solutions will look like before committing to order.All of our products are designed and made specifically to fit your individual space. We are not restricted to standardised shapes or sizes, allowing us to provide the exact design or shading you want. Each product design is tailor made for you.

If you would like us to look at supplying you with internal sail shade blinds for your conservatory or atrium, we will need the flowing basic dimensions; together with photos of the areas you would like shading:
Photos are vitally important as they can tell us things we need to know about your space. For example the location of ceiling fans, tie bars, window openings and other such obstructions which need to be included in your design.
With the information and photos provided, we design your sail shades and shade sail blinds to fit your space. We then send you a scaled design and 3D planed view of how your sail shades or shade sail blinds will look. This is so that you can visualise exactly how great they will look in your space. Adjustments to your design can be made, until you are completely happy. We will also now need you to tell us what colour or colours you would like, so we can work them into our design. Don’t worry; your colour choice does not affect the cost, so please feel free to be creative and mix it up a little. If you would like some designer assistance, simply call us and we will gladly help you put some zing into your design.
Please note that we charge a small fee of £36 for the design service, which is deducted from your final bill when you proceed and order.
Confirmation of Order
Once the design is finalised we then ask that you confirm your order via email – In reply we will issue you with an invoice and payment terms.
As a division of the Airsculpt Group, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. Whilst the internet may have its many virtues, it’s a little impersonal. That’s why once we receive your confirmed order we will call you up and run through your design again, just to make sure you are completely happy.
As we only manufacture to order, we will require payment before production commences. Our preferred method is by bank transfer; all account details will be on our invoice. We are also happy to accept cheques; however, you must be aware that we will only commence with your order on cleared funds.
Once payment has been received, a member of our customer service team will make contact to confirm timescales, fitting options and arrange delivery at a convenient time which suits you.
Delivery & Fitting
Our internal shade sail blinds are designed to be self installed and can be supplied with our cleaver easy fit ‘No Drill’ – tried and tested adhesive fittings. If you can put up a shelf and it’s straight – you’re practically over qualified to install our shade sail blinds.
With each order you will receive a step by step ‘easy to follow’ installation guide, together with your personal ‘colour coded’ install diagram which shows you exactly how and where to install your shades. Spare adhesive strips are supplied should they be needed.

However, we are only too aware that for some of us it is far easier if the installation was provided. Whilst we are limited mainly to Southern England we are able to provide trained professionals who can visit you to measure up before ordering, provide you with quotations and also perform installation services.
